Title: SNMP Error after MRTG install
Post by: Teviot on March 25, 2005, 07:40:54 AM
Hi Guy's

After installing MRTG script from http://sme.swerts-knudsen.dk/, I get an error email to the root account occasionally.  Can anyone tell me what it is telling me and is it a concern and how to fix it?

Regards
Adrian

Hi,

I get this myself every now and again - especially when the server is very busy. I guess that SNMP times out for some reason. Maybe there is a SNMP protocol section somewhere where this can be configured.

You shouldn't worry.
