Title: Microsoft Exchange Server/Outlook Shared Calendar
Post by: Derek on March 31, 2005, 06:04:36 AM
I have seen a couple of people a while ago asked about installing Scalix on an SME box.
I am curious if anyone out there has successfully done so, or knows of any other program that will allow Outlook to behave like it is on an Exchange Server and let one use the features such as shared Calendar etc.

thanks

Derek

You might find open-xchange verry interesting. It has been originally developed by Suse, but sice they made it open source open-xchange is a free GPL version.

It has a web interface but also a plugin for Ms Outlook.

There is a topic going on for open-xchange on SME: http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=25625.0
