SME is as Operation system ,How i can make my own server and operation system, or my own server ,  :idea:

What exactly do you want to know?? :-?

Do you want to design a new operating system? Do you want to create your own Linux distribution? Do you want to customize SME server?

In short: what information are you looking for? You really have to be more specific...

i want to know how i can make my own linux distribution and make like SME sever , but more advance advantage ,like PPPoE service in it and more advantage,
OR,
HOW EXACTLY SME SERVER MADE ?

Well Black, from what I remember from shop class in High School, you will need some glass and some wood for the frame...

The underlying Red Hat 7.3 Linux (in sme 6.0.x) is the operating system, the sme part adds customisation to Red Hat and gives the server functionality.

As you are looking for more advanced functionality and I assume compatibility with modern hardware etc, you should be looking at the current development work being done with Centos 4 and sme at

You should subscribe to the sme 7 development mailing list here:

If you really want to develop something & I assume you have the skills, then probably your best approach would be to get involved in testing & debugging the current sme 7alpha26 and help the new version move forward to beta stage.
Look at the current list of bugs.

Download from here:
ftp://ftp.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/smeserver/releases/7.0alpha/iso/

That way you will have a modern OS with the sme customisations included, and you may not need to "do your own thing".

i make advance server by fedora core2,
i install fedora as mimum about 400Mb,
then i make ((VPN & PPPoE)servers and authentication with Bandwidth limit) by radius, and the server is too powerfull ,
My Package in the server ,
How to make cd installing this server as SME Installing cd ,
when i make one cd i can install by it this server the server be too easy , and i can publish it in the site ,
