Is it possible to have a seperate IP address for each virtual domain on SME 6.0? I have three virtual domain and I would like each one to have it's own IP address.

First question is, does your ISP route three IP addresses to you? If not, there's no point making any mods to SME server.
Why do you want separate IP addresses? Virtual domains work fine without them.

Yes, I have 30 ip addresses and several app servers. There is only the one SME server with the three domains. Personally, I'm happy with the virtual domain and the way that they work, however, the network manager wants the individual ip addresses for each domain and he won't allow the server on his network unless it is his way.
Thanks,
Joe

Did he give you a reason, or is he just an idiot?
He or you will have to work out how to set up IP aliases. And considerably change the firewall script.

Well it get worse, he want seperate IPs for ftp, smtp, ssh, etc.
Any way it sounds like a lot of unnecessary work to me. I think that I'll fight the battle and keep SME the way it was designed

hi jvitor
Really you are fighting hard
I'm not sure what you value your time at, but there would be quite a few hours just typing templates;
to name a few;
ifcfg
httpd
don't even know if ftp and ssh will distinguish between ips.
better to get another few boxs running.
