Hi all,
Sorry for the barrge of questions this morning, but I jst found this wonerful site and feel it is better to have one question per topic.
We use Altiris as our imaging software, this has always worked well with our old NT domain, but we can no longer schedule re-imaging as Altiris seems unable to be able to login automatically to the server for authentication. I am not the Altiris expert but I believe it is doing the login from DOS level?
Anybody else using Altiris?

Altiris will create a boot floppy (MS-DOS or DR-DOS) if you choose the correct driver for the workstation card. The software will ask about the share name which is a combination of the server name and the ibay.
You will boot the workstation and create the image. If your workstations are NT, W2K or XP you can use other softwares that will allow to make the image running windows. The restore would be using a dos boot disk.
