since I upgraded my server from 4.1 - 5.0 I keep gettinr this message from cron every day... anyone know how to fix it?

Subject: Cron run-parts /etc/cron.daily

/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch:

error: lstat() of directory /var/cache/man/X11R6/cat? failed: No such file or directory
