As per title, I'm looking for a rpm or module to run forums under SME.

If it exists ?!?

There are no RPM's that have been created to my knowledge.  I have successfully tested phpbb and phorum.  A quick search on the forums here for phpbb gives this link

I've installed many phpBB forums on SME boxes and even a couple of other php/MySQL forums. They all work fantastically and were very easy to set up. I recommend them - particularly phpBB.
