Title: problem with scsi aic79xx

I have a problem with installation startup. I have server IBM xseries 206 model 84823SG raid 1 controller scsi on motherboard adaptec hostraid chipset AIC-7901. The problem it does not recognize disk in boot phase. I have digit in boot: "accept dd" and it loads the driver but asks me disk update that i do not have.
Help me ...

A "downloads and updates" search at ibm.com after your model should bring up some results. SME is Red Hat 7.3 based.

IBM will have at least one, but probably two or three cd-images for configuration of your 206 on http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/pageRedirect.do
Search for the machine type and read the relevant documentation carefully before you download software, firmware updates (there WILL be some!) and drivers.
There is a correct sequence for the complete configuration utilizing these disks, where the operative system CD comes third or fourth on the list.
