Title: W2K problem with VPN

I have successfully been able to connect to my network over the Internet. However, when I log into my e-smith server over VPN with Myname, Mypassword, I am still not allowed into the user profile of Myname, Mypassword on my W2K computer in the network, although its entire C: is shared within the local network. I have access to all parts of C: except all the user profiles including my own. After all, that´s where the documents are that I want to reach. Can someone help me with this?
