Title: My sent mail is being purged!
Post by: fico on May 06, 2005, 01:28:51 AM
It looks like my saved sent email (for all users) is being purged at the 6 week limit. I can't find a setting for this on the server or client.

Does anybody know where this is set at and how I can change it? Specifically I'd like to archive sent mail forever.

I'm using thunderbird and the other user is using outlook. I can't find anyplace for either client to do a purge.

I know the maintenance option is unchecked on the webmail client, is there anyplace else I should be looking in SME 6.01?

If you are using a client/pop3, then all the mail is pulled off the server and is no longer there.

If it isn't showing in OUTLOOK/THUNDERBIRD then you need to check your archiving settings and/or your viewing settings to show all messages.

OUTLOOK>VIEW>CURRENT VIEW>MESSAGES
