Thanks for the HowTo...if you want to mount the entire remote filesystem, use the command:

shfsmount testuser@127.0.0.1:/ /mnt/shfs/

...as inferred by the sourceforge FAQ

Sorry, this was not intended as a forum topic, but a comment on the Howto.  I did press the right buttons, honest :-)
