I have problem with spamassasin, spamfilter is very weak. Please help me how to solve this problem. I don't want to enable realtime protect because this will reject many useful e-mails.

Not sure what you are referring to here. If it is RBL (Real Time Blocklists) then that will reject email you probably don't want !
I don't call email coming from known spam sources "useful", it's the opposite ie not useful.
By using conservative lists then you only reject messages from sources that are clearly identified as spammers.
If you are using Jespers Spam Filter just enable a few RBL lists or alternatively follow the HOWTO here:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/Spam%20blocking%20HOWTO%20using%20smtpfront-qmail%20for%20sme%20server.htm
There are other tweaks that are also useful which may also help to reduce and stop spam, see:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/Mail%20system%20tweaks%20HOWTO%20for%20sme%20server.htm
eg http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/Virus%20and%20file%20blocking%20HOWTO%20using%20smtpfront-qmail%20for%20sme%20server.htm
I would say though, that enabling RBL list blocking has the biggest effect of all.

Yes, "useful e-mail" come from my customer, don't come from spam source. But their IP were listed in black list. I am using SME server 6.5 RC1. Are there any solution for this version? Thanks so much.

Get them to get their IP removed from the black list, but this is likely to be quite difficult to achieve.
Is your customer listed on more than one RBL ?
Remove the RBL that is causing the "problem"
What RBL's are you using ?

I am using:
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
list.dsbl.org
dnsbl.sorbs.net
Please advise. Are there any RBL list domain name (not IP address)?

Not that I'm aware of.
You can check which list your customers IP is on at
http://openrbl.org
and if it's only one list, then stop using that list.
