Title: root password doesn't work !

I'm trying a 5.0 release of SME server. Everything works well but few days after installation I try to connect under root login and there is no way to get in bad login bad login. Other thing wen I make a remote connection under admin login it work's nut If I try to connect under admin in the linux machine it doesn't work, it seems that no body can connect locally this machine.
Is there anybody who can give me help please!!

Hi,

Here's how to reset your root password......
   
When your computer boots up and you see the graphic of e-smith,
you have 5 seconds to hit "ctrl-x" and then type in "esmith single"
and this should let you boot into single user for
maintenance mode as root, when the machine has booted type the command "passwd" and you will be prompted to set a new root password.
