i saw the announcement on http://www.redhat.com/ and had to read it twice to be certain.

I can't wait to test it out to see how in-dept it is. If so, goodbye M$

I use Novell NetWare for many years now, and the NDS (eDirectory now) from Novell is milestones better than MS ADS and there is (unfortunately) no "Goodbye M$" because of the superior directory from Novell.
