Junkmail found but how does a user see it on OE or outlo

Don't just put your next question in the subject!
It can hardly be seen.

Use IMAP to access the junkmail folder.
If that option is not possible for you just do not move junkmail to the junkmail folder in the SpamAssassin Web Panel, but sort them with rulesets within the mail client.

I would rather use the email client to look at junkmail; as then each user can do his own sorting. I dont see the folders in outlook or webmail. Please help us.

Look for an option to subscribe to imap folders. Then pick junkmail. If you look hard enough, you'll probably find it - otherwise, google may be your friend. Please report back here if you find the answer, so that you help others who are searching for the same answer.
