How to block internet access using the MAC address?
Im not an expert so some simple instruction would be appreciated.

I remember reading that this contrib also included a mac address blocker as well

try it out and see how it goes, if that lets you down install dansguardian, you can restrict acording to mac addresses with that, here's the link

Just remember it's pretty easy to spoof a MAC address, so don't rely on this for security.
