Title: User Management
Post by: spamnchips on June 10, 2005, 10:03:14 PM
I've tried many searches and looked through the SME Handbook but cannot find any reference to online management of users.  I would aprticularly like to know who is logged onto the server at any one time and what traffic is passing through.  Is there a way of doing this from the Server Manager or by SSH please ?  It would be helpful to know which IP's are "live" for starters.  If this is not possible with SME maybe there is another Linux package that is compatable ?

Thanks in advnace for any advice.

John

There is DHCP management contrib that shows active PC's and also let you send WOL to known PCs.

Boris,
Thanks again.  Very easy to install and it tells me which machines are online etc.
