Hi,
1.Can anyone explain what is the difference between the RPMs
php-4.3.1-1eo.i386.rpm
php-4.3.1-4eo.i386.rpm
in
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/ergozd/scripts/phprpms/
2.What does the abreviation "eo" mean?
3.Is this the latest PHP available for SME?
4.Can PHP 5.0.4 be downloaded from
http://www.php.net/downloads.php and installed on SME
or it needs some special customisation?
5.Where can I download the latest PHP upgrade scripts for SME from?
From http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/ergozd/scripts/
or there are some other places too?
Thank you for all your comments in advance!

Ergin,
thank you for the detailed answer!
I realise that I won't be able to upgrade my SME 6.0.1
so I'm prepared to do a fresh install when v.7.0 is ready.
Thank you for the alternative link you posted here:
http://ergin.dyndns.org/download/
I see there are upgrade scripts for MySQL v.4.1.11 and v 4.1.12 (MySQL-4_1_11.sh and MySQL-4_1_12.sh) - exactly the scripts I needed!!!!
I couldn't find these scripts at http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/ergozd/scripts/
Thank you again!
