Hi,
1. Is it possible to upgrade from MySQL 4.0.22 to
MySQL 4.1.10 or 4.1.12 directly? (skipping the intermediate versions 4.0.23, 4.0.24, etc..) using the scripts in http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/ergozd/scripts/
2. I found upgrade scripts here:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/ergozd/scripts/
Is this the only place where MySQL update scrips can be found or there are some other places on http://www.contribs.org?
3.Can I download and install on SME 6.0.1 MySQL v4.1.12 from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/4.1.html or it needs some special customisations for SME?
4.Is there any How-Tos available on upgrading MySQL to the latest available version?
Thank you for all your comments in advance!

Hi!
This issue was discussed in many threads in these forums, pls make a few searches.
As a brief answer : Yes, you can upgrade from v4.0.22 to 4.1.12, couple of contributors like gregswallow and SharedMedia has done great work for MySQL-upgrades.
Good luck

Thanks Ergin!
I posted a question because I couldn't find the answer of the questions on contribs.org.
I'll try searching again for MySQL upgrades in 'gregswallow' and 'SharedMedia' contributors area .
Thank you again for the help!
