Hi,
I'm using e-smith beta3(updated with apt-get)
i've fixed IP, and when I set up my e-smith i've set fixe ip for DNS Server.
I'd like to retrieve this information but i can't find it... and maybe change it
Anyone knows where it is and how to change it?

Although I am not completely sure that I correctly understand your question, I think that you are trying to set the DNS servers that your SME server has to use.
Let me first explain that SME server contains its own fully featured DNS server and normally you don't need to set another DNS server in the configuration of your SME server.
If there really is another DNS server on your lan, you can configure your SME server to use this DNS server by accessing the configuration program. Login as user admin on the console (or use PuTTY) and you can access it.

Which specific release are you using? 5.X , 6.X ? What does 'cat /etc/e-smith-release' show?

oups I forgot the 6... it's e-smith 6 beta 3
I remember having set the DNS IP of my ISP DNS Server when I've installed the e-smith...
I'd like to get this value back.
I know that e-smith use tinydns, but i believe it's just a caching server for the network, isn't it?

No, as I said in my previous post, SME has a fully functional DNS server, not just a caching server. This makes it unnecessary to use the DNS server of your ISP.
You're using release 6 beta 3. You do realize that 6.0.1 is the latest production release and that 6.5rc1 is also already available?
