Title: What are capabilites SME?

I have tracked down SME from older sites where it made big claims.  I need to know if it can do the following under this free version, or to give up on this idea:

gateway content filter - squidguard
gateway virus protection
Samba file/print w/ Windows machines (roaming profiles if possible)

I have read the other things it can do, but wasn't sure about these things.  If anyone can fill me in that would be wonderful.  That way I would know to pursue or not.

Referring to sme 6.0.x release which is the current final stable release

Not by default but with add on contribs either squidguard or dansgardian

not by default but with add on contrib
there is also a contrib for spamfiltering
Also other methods to block viruses and spam see
