Title: errors

What is happening here?? after this the server crash.

"ip_conntrack: table full, dropping packet"


Indicates the server is processinbg a lot of packets. Are you running a IRC server or something?

cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max  and see what it say's.

Have you tried;

"cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max"

To see what it says?

hi i'm getting the same error  a few times a day.
nothing changend on the system.
SME Server 7.1.3
Linux zeus 2.6.9-42.0.10.EL #1 Tue Feb 27 09:24:42 EST 2007 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

foffowing output:
[root@zeus ~]# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max
32760

maybe a DOS attack out of the internet?

I have just started seeing this error also...

Running sme 7.1.3 with latest updates.

[root@l1nuxsvr ~]# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max
24504

Any ideas what could cause this?  I have never seen this before and don't believe I am running any heavy traffic.
