Title: query for mail server

hello

   i am installing SME server in my lab.I am configure mail server also.
   I am in server only mode.no firewall is enabled.
But i am not able to send a message.

Plz any one help me.How to configure mail server with working properly.I am waiting for your's positive reply

you are going to have to give more info.

what is your smtp server? the sme? what type of connection? residential? if so, the receiptiant of the message may not accept mail from dynamic ip's. where are you trying to send it to? you can put the isp's smtp servers in the SME and that should take care of any issue on that side.
