I was looking to install some help desk software and found Omnistar and a few others... Would there be any problem with this?

Still working on the graphics, and its very basic.

But its easy to install and will do what I want

Thanks, Yea that's pretty basic. I was just looking into somethigng like a shopping cart but only offering IT Troubleshooting, Phone Support, Onsite Service stuff.


Alot of the software out there is either for actualy phsical product or software to run a ISP.
