Hi,
I've been using SME for a while now but I sure wouldn't call myself experienced with it. I've figured out how to use php and mysql as well as install the gcc compiler. Now, I wanted to do two other things.
1. Install a c++ compiler, where would I go to download the rpm's and would any conflict with the rpm's I installed for gcc?
2. I also wanted to install the J2EE environment/server so that I can learn what it's all about. Now, I believe the version of SME I'm running is 6.0u, if there's somewhere I can take a look to verify this I'd appreciate it. Now I now the J2EE server app supports certain versions of Red Hat, which version of J2EE would run on the version of SME that I have?
Any help/comments will be appreciated.
Steve

1. gcc-c++-2.96-110.i386.rpm from RH7.3 (and dependancies?)
