Title: 6.01 limiting upload size through browser
Post by: andymcp on August 12, 2005, 06:40:17 PM
I seem to be suffering from some side effect of v6.01, whereby any attempt to upload a file above around 3MB though a web page upload form (to a remote server, not a page on the SME box itself) fails immediately, giving a 'Page cannot be displayed' message in IE and a 'the document contains no data' error in Firefox.

If I take the same client machine from the network and bypass the SME box by plugging it straight into the cable modem, the uploads work fine.

I have no idea where to start looking for the cause of the problem - google wasn't much help but I may be faffing around with the wrong terms of reference.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good place to start troubleshooting?
