I need to setup a backup route that forwards mail to a different mail server. I am currently using a mail server that will accept mail for another server in the event that it is down and it will feep trying to forward it for X days.
Thanks
Jason

Are you trying to set up SME as a backup MX for your other server, a server to backup your main server or are you looking for someone else to offer to host it for you?
Add MX backup to SME 6 with Pascal Schirrms contrib:
http://www.schirrms.net/sme/index.php
Zoneedit offer MX backup for a small fee ....
http://www.zoneedit.com
I guess you could ask if someone would host a backup MX for you. If it were me asking I'd want to know who was running the backup MX, that the server was reliable and that it was likely to be up whenever I needed it to be - in fact if you need a backup MX you would probably be better off with an ISP level solution - like Zoneedit.

FANTABLOUS! That is exactly what I am looking for. I currently have 2 smtp servers in different locations and I am migrating one to SME. They are serving as MX backups to one another. http://www.schirrms.net fixed my problem. Thanks
