any one have tried or did install a helpdesk, asset and inventory for IT on sme 6.0.1-01?

Ahh sorry!
I looked at the app you mentioned in the other post, IRM. Seems nice but the helpdesk piece doesn't even get closer to the functionality of OOZ. The Demo keeps failing too, I hope it does work live.
