Hi all, I need some Help. Again :cry:

I have had a lot of problems, most self induced, that stem from email not working due to Australias wonderful Telstra :choke: blocking ports.

In my haze of trying to fix it I reinstalled SME 6.0.1-01 whilst leaving the data hard disk in.  That data is now all recovered.  However, when I try to log into webmail i get the following error in my /var/log/messages

Aug 22 07:54:06 abel HORDE[2937]: [imp] DB Error: extension not found: mysql, localhost, horde, xxxxxx, horde, horde_prefs [on line 108 of "/home/httpd/html/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php"]

Can anyone help me?

I should also mention I installed smeplus.sh and had the following error in the install.log

Installing spamassassin-2.53-1.
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.79632: /sbin/service: No such file or directory
execution of %post scriptlet from spamassassin-2.53-1 failed, exit status 127

Anything that looks like nVBbiuGDF is a system generated password.

Edit your post and lose it .....

Brad,

You can install Squirrelmail into an ibay and use that.

I also borked my webmail. I had run the smeplus script without any problems and was trying to get Gollem to work. I managed to break everything :-(

Squirrelmail in an ibay has bailed me out.

http://www.squirrelmail.org/download.php

Use the zip / tar version not the rpm and you'll find it easy.

Doesn't solve the problem, but it is a better than going to Exchange!

Uninstalling smeplus.sh might be a better approach, since it seems to have broken your webmail. Mind you, I don't know how to do that. Do you have a good backup? If so, you could go back to 6.0.1 and restore from backup.

I solved the problem by reinstalling 6.0.1-01 and only putting in ClamAV and SpamAssassin.  Luckily my user data is on a seperate hard drive.  See this post for details on how I restored
