Title: Wirless networking Linksys WAG54G

Hi all

I have a ADSL Modem (Linksys WAG54G)runnign and connected. but my problem is when i use the wirless connection to the laptop i am unable to see my sme server at all and can not see any off the windows shared partitions at all.
Have i got it conected incorectly, or is there some networking configured incorectly

if you set your sme as server and gateway and the modem is in between server and internet you are trying to access the server from the external nic.
It should not show any of the services you mentioned.

I suggest you aquire a access point and place it behind the sme. This should give you all you need. The wireless part of the modem you can turn off since you will not be using this.

If I understand your situation all wrong please let me know.
