We are haveing a problem with a particular web site, the site help desk says that our server is caching web pages and that is why we are having problems. How do I stop this if this is what is realy happening

The server is doing something useful when it caches web pages. You don't really want it to stop.
You can bypass the cache simply by the correct keyboard clicks. Each browser is different however - you can probably read about yours here:

The troublesome web site should send information with pages which shouldn't be cached so that they won't be cached. Tell the site help desk to pass on this URL to the website developers:
