Hi,
I have SME 6.0.1-01 with SpamAssassin configured to delete spam emails with a score above 15. I have a few black listed email addresses and SpamAssasin correctly marks the email as spam with a score of 100 in the subject header but fails to delete the email where it should delete anything with a score over 15.
I've also tried the sort to Junkmail option but this also fails and spam continues into the users mailbox.
I'm using the panel created by Jesper Knudsen.
Any help much appriciated!
Regards,
nk2005 ;-)

Did you have a look at the bottom of Swerts-Knudsen's How To Install SpamFilter page ... there are a few pointers that might help.

I have come across this same problem. I've just installed dans guardian and now spamassassin is not deleting spam marked [97 of 5]. I've performed the actions recommended to me at the bottom of the swerts-knudsen howto, but it doesn't work for me.
How do I troubleshoot spamassassin/procmail so I can figure out how to fix it?

I don't think dansguardian has anything to do with it.
It is probably beause you have changed user settings and procmail is no longer selected for one or some users.
I suggest you install the user panel contrib from dungog (free) and check if procmail is enabled on a per user basis.

I have done this and re-enabled procmail for all of the users prior to sending my last post. I have had someone help me and we've solved the problem. I'm unsure as to why this solved our problem but it did. Firstly we removed spamassassin completely and also removed clam antivirus, downloaded new scripts from swerts knudsen and installed clam av - updated, installed spam assassin and updated.
And now Spamassassin is working correctly.
I suspect that an outdated engine for clam antivirus MIGHT have been causing the issue with procmail not deleting messages as it should have, but removal and reinstallaion of BOTH of these solved the spamassassin issue for me.

you probably had SA & clam automatically update and install. This can cause problems.
Manually uninstalling the rpm's and reinstall with the script fixes this (as you found out).
Be warned that if you still have it automatically update, you'll will probably have the same problem again.
