I apologize for posting in English - alas, I am too ignorant to use any other language.
I have posted a News item saying that an election to accept or reject the proposed SME Server Community Constitution will start soon. I think that it is crucial that _everyone_ is notified, and has an opportunity to express their opinion, so I'm posting here to ask someone to translate the announcement and repost it in this forum.
