Title: FlashChat How To?

I am probably not alone, when I need some help installing FlashChat into SME Server.  I bought FlashChat, installed it, and accessed the install.php but there is one bot that has a NO.  Any instruction on how to properly install FlashChat or how to fix my current problem would help out tremendously.
