Title: SME 5.6 Port Forward

HI All,

  I got one SME 5.6 Server and i set the portforward my VNC connection to Workstation. But now it didn't work and i just open the server-manager and had a look
the port forward menu disapper from the server-manager???

 I don't know what happen. Can someone tell me.

1. How do i check is this portforward rpm is installed? or is it not running?

2. Can i portforward 3389 to IP from command line ?

3. Where can i find that portforward contrib for SME 5.6 incase if i have to install?

I know i install that b4 and portporward VNC butdon't know what happs.

Versions prior to 6.0 have known, exploitable (and exploited) security holes. Nobody has maintained them for years. Upgrade to at least 6.0, and apply all updates.

Thanks, I will upgrade to SME 6.0 but for the moment i need this help to setup port forward.

Running a machine with known security holes as a firewall is a very bad idea. Port forwarding is included in 6.0
