I'm not the best Linux hacker, and since my IT education is 100% M$ based (I'm trying to get cured) text based unix cmmands, is not my strongest side.
Most of the things I can wish for are already in the server-manager, but I'd really be glad if it was possible to create and delete MySQL databases in the server manager.
Is this possible, or to large a task?

Search this site for phpmyadmin addon. Its web based mySQL manager with all the features that you would need.

OK, I can see that there are to many things to incorperate.
How about including phpmyadmin in SME 7.0 final?

Everybody's needs are not the same. Someone using it only as a file server would complain about "too much" stuff included :-) And somebody prefer MySQL Front or other remote management tools.
You get the basic functionality all-inclusive with base distro and add optional addons for YOUR specific needs. This open design, that allows for easy inclusions of addons from the contributers makes SME very flexible server, adjustable for variety of the tasks.
