Post by: Davidator on October 16, 2005, 05:46:15 PM

Title: Try the excellent BTMGR

http://sourceforge.net/projects/btmgr/

Using this, I have successfully installed from CD on machines that do not have BIOS support for CD boot.  It might be possible to have SME install GRUB in HDA instead of the boot sector so you wouldn't wipe out BTMGR by installing SME.  Good luck and let us know how it works for you!
