Title: Add Comment on Each Port Forwarding

I use Sme 6.0.1

And i think it was a good idea to add comment for each port forwarding to know exactly for what we make it

And add possibilty to modify and desactivate one or more

I think that your idea is great to be able to add comments.

I don't know about the modify, but an enable/disable check box for each item would be great

perhaps a save button at the bottom of the page would work great
