Title: 2 Lans sharing one broadband adsl connection !
Post by: acs68 on October 25, 2005, 12:33:02 AM
Hi all,

I have 2 networks that for the most part I want to keep separate:

LAN1= 10.0.0.1-254
LAN2 = 192.168.50.1-254

I wish to setup an esmith box that both networks can connect to to share the adsl connection.

Can anyone give me some advice on the best way to configure the esmith box.

I'd really appreciate any advice you all could give.

cheers,

Adam

The SME server isn't set up to do this and can't *easily* be made to do it.  So why not look at one of the firewall/router distros that *are* set up to do it easily, such as ipcop or monowall?
