..hi...how i can do admin access from external network?, when i try access, appear this message: Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /e-smith-manager/ on this server.
....only i can do web-admin access from internal network (192.168.120.x).

That's normal behaviour. And it is mentioned in the FAQ at http://www.e-smith.net/.
Access from outside the local LAN is blocked because it is insecure - it is
not a good idea to have the administration password pass in clear text
over the Internet.
Either be happy with doing administration only on the local LAN. Or use SSH. See http://e-smith.gormand.com.au/ if you want some SSH RPMs set up for the e-smith server and gateway.
