hello ...
Hi, i need to know what the thing's that need to care about reinstall my SME 6.0.1. I already use for 2 years. but my sme corrupted (mysql) and i can't repair mysql since i upgrade to 4.1.12 mysql server.
i don't want to format my hdd because of there are lot's of data in there (almost 160 GB).
anybody wiling to help me ...

Ideally you would back up the configuration and data to tape or desktop and re-install (you might need to deal with any "non standard" MySQL data specifically).
However with 160gb you will be unable to do this.
I suggest you install a new HD, install to that - make sure the "old" drive is not connected while you do it. Then re-connect the old drive, re-boot, and mount the drive and then copy the data over.
