Title: Can send email out ok but can't receive

I am running Windows XP professional and MS Outlook.  I can send email out to the internet successfully via sme mail server, but when I try to retrieve mail it gives me an error message of not being able to log on to my account on the mail server.

I get the following error messages in the IMAP recipient log files on SME Server:-

I set up MS outlook to login using a psuedo name which does not work. I changed this to the account name and all works fine. Apologies if wasted anyones time.
