Read the howto and just do it.

This howto for email alias, i search out
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs//rmitchell/smeserver/howto/virtual%20domain%20email%20aliases%20HOWTO%20for%20sme%20server.htm
but no word about "Pseudonyums"
In "e-smith-manager" -> Collaboration -> pseudonyms;
The server automatically creates an e-mail alias for each group. If you want to define an e-mail alias for a list of users, simply create a group and the list will automatically be maintained by the server.
What's different between "Howto" and "Pseudonyums"?
There are many accounts inside of Pseudonyums list, If following the Howto, is it any effect in "Pseudonyums" ?
when I add abc@dns1.com in Pseudonyums, the error shows :
The pseudonym should contain only lower-case letters, numbers, period, hyphen and underscore and should start with a lower-case letter or number. For example "sales", "john.holland", "123" and "email-administrator" are all valid pseudonyms, but "John Smith" and "Henry Miller" are not.

You said you are using SME Server 6.0.1-01.
This version does not support pseudonyms of the type
abc@dns1.com
You can only enter the abc part of the name (as per the error message). Note though, that you should not be entering pseudonyms for what you are wanting to achieve,
The HOWTO is applicable to sme v6.x & is used where you want to have abc@domain1, abc@domain2, abc@domain3
You need to create the abc username once in server manager and then add the aliases for the other domains to the 90aliases file as per the HOWTO.
You may be getting confused with sme v7beta where you can add domain style aliases to the pseudonyms panel. The HOWTO is not applicable to sme v7beta as it is no longer needed.
