Is it correct after installing update3 (blade) you see Update2 uninstalled?

Supported blades
Description Release Support status Installed  
SMEServer v5.0 Update 2 SMEServer-5.0_Update2 supported no install
SMEServer v5.0 Update 3 SMEServer-5.0_Update3 supported yes

Yes it is, don't worry about it.  It's an "undocumented feature" :>

It's a "documented feature", as that behavior is documented in the
release notes:
