Title: Dansguardian - web content filter link

I have installed the DansGuardian RPMs from dungog.net using .....yum install dansguardian smeserver-dansguardian dungog-dansguardian. Everything works fine. But as explained on their web page the web content filter link is not displayed on my server-manager page. Is this feature available only for paid members? Or is there something extra I need to do.
