How create user: anonymouse then anybody can uploud any files to incoming directory.

anonymous is a pseudonym, created by the system.

Look at the Webshare contrib, and advise users of the login name and password, or publish it if you want anybody to be able to upload.

Do you really want "anybody" to be able to upload files to your server though, that's not secure.

Well a contrib is a contribution by a person usually of a program or software or HOWTO for the sme server.
In this case it is the Webshare contrib by Darrell May. There are a lot of contribs hosted on the contribs.org site, but there are also others hosted on other indiviuals web sites.
