Title: Setting all user Quotas
Post by: sileyshon on December 15, 2005, 04:10:34 PM
I have recently setup 500 users on my school sme server, It about to go live for the kid to access webmail, I was wondering if there is a way of setting a fixed quota for all users, or do you have to go though all 500 individually.

thanks

SileyShon,

I'd use the Lazy Admin Tools.  They absolutely necessary if you are going to manange large numbers of users.  lat-quota will let you set the quotas for all users with a single command:

lat-quota -c * | 100M | 120M''

Here is the howto:

Not sure this works with 7BETAx yet.  I was just going to take a look and see if it does work.
