Does Ray Mitchells how-to for file & email blocking work in sme v7? and if not what can we use as an alternative?

It is built into the server-manager.

What about virtual domain aliases do we need to create a template as in sme v6 (how-to by Ray Mitchell and contributed to by yourself)
