I would like to be able to automatically choose to contribute to the dshield project with SME server.  As with Project honey Pot, it would be great if we could lead the way in helping to be good netizens and contibute to the overall security of the internet.

Thoughts?

Thanks, that information is right in line with what I was trying to describe.  More specifically, to have dshild auto-install and have part of the setup be it's configuration...

The less number of steps the end user needs to perform, the more likely the product will be utilized, yes?

I have made a update to swerts-knudsens installscript , it will now run at SME 7.0, you can get it here http://test.sekt.dk/Linux-SMEServer/dshield_install.sh

It look like you doent get $SITE Set , i have updated the script so $SITE is visuael. Good luuk
