Title: Create a folder via webmail doesn't appear in Thunderbird
Post by: pearless on January 09, 2006, 02:47:19 AM
Hi,

I am running SME 6.01.  When I logon via webmail and create a folder, it does not appears when I access my mail from Thunderbird (IMAP).

BUT, when I create a folder via Thunderbird it appears when I access my mail via webmail.

Weird!

Is this a bug???

Cheers Douglas.

Douglas,

I can do that here on SME 6.0.1 without that problem. A folder created in webmail shows up in Thunderbird 1.5 nicely and I can copy/move mails to it.

In your Thunderbird installation you might have to (re)subscribe the folders?

Highlight the account and click "manage folder subscriptions" or "file - subscribe" and you will see all folders. Check the mailboxes you want to see in Thunderbird..
